Youth • Ages 14–18

Voice, identity and a path forward.

Youth are active partners in their care. We support their goals, relationships, culture and growing independence without asking them to navigate it alone.

Care priorities

  • Youth-led goals and participation in care planning
  • High-school success, alternative education and career exploration
  • Mental wellness, healthy relationships and trusted mentorship
  • Cultural identity, language and community involvement
  • Family finding, sibling connection and supported visits
  • Budgeting, cooking, transportation and daily living skills
Independence grows best when young people know they still have somewhere—and someone—to return to.
